IRS representation · Fresno & Clovis

Most people wait for the IRS to call. We call the IRS first.

In plain terms: you sign Form 2848, and from that point the calls, letters and deadlines come to us. The first 20 minutes, reading your notice, are free.

Federal tax liens

A lien notice is a letter, not a seizure

A Notice of Federal Tax Lien tells other creditors the IRS has a claim on what you own. It takes nothing. It does set a 30-day clock for your right to a hearing.

It is public notice to creditors

The IRS files it with the county recorder to establish the priority of its claim against other creditors. Publication 594.

It shows the assessed balance, not the payoff

The notice lists the balance as of the date it was filed. Your payoff figure comes from your transcripts.

You have 30 days to ask for a hearing

Form 12153. The IRS must notify you within five business days of filing; you then have 30 days to request a Collection Due Process hearing. Publication 1660.

In plain termsNothing has been taken. The IRS has told the county, and anyone who checks, that it is owed money. Most of our clients have not opened the envelope yet. That is normal. Open it with us.

How it works

Two fixed-fee steps, and you know the price before each one

Phase 1 is the plan. Phase 2 is the resolution. Each has a fixed fee quoted in writing, never a percentage of what we save you.

Free 20-minute notice review

An Enrolled Agent reads your notice, explains your deadlines, and tells you which option fits before you spend a dollar.

Phase 1: the written plan, $695

Form 2848, all transcripts, a compliance check, a financial statement draft, and a resolution plan with a fixed quote for Phase 2. Credited toward Phase 2 if you retain us within 30 days.

Phase 2: the resolution, $1,495–$7,495

Installment agreement or hardship status $1,495–$2,995; levy release $1,495–$3,495; audit $1,495–$4,995; Offer in Compromise $3,495–$7,495. IRS user fees extra.
